PRIME Audit & Consulting LLC is a professional services company, registered in Azerbaijan in 2016, operates on the basis of audit license No AT/121 provided in 29.07.2016 by Audit Chamber of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Offering a wide range of audit and consulting services to its clients, PRIME focused on small and medium enterprises of all forms of ownership and various sectors of the economy. Our mission is to be a professional audit and consulting firm in the region offering a wide range of services in order to exceed the needs of our customers, creating conditions conducive to growth and passion for our core values.

Anar F. Hajizada

Managing partner

Anar F. Hajizada - Managing partner, lead partner in audit and assurance since July 2016 at Prime Audit & Consulting LLC. He has graduated from Azerbaijan State Economic University both bachelor and master degrees in Audit and Accounting with honors diploma,. He started his career in 2004, as an auditor and work for several local and international audit companies till 2009, then moved to financial sector as CFO and manufacturing as deputy director.

He has financial and audit profile with accounting background, Banking & Manufacturing experience, IFRS/IAS expertise, Professional qualification with ACCA, 10 years’ managerial background in total. He has participated in audit projects as an audit manager in Azerbaijan, UAE, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, Georgia. He also obtained statutory audit license in 2014 and renewed it in 2019.
